 Omen {COST} (During your turn, y ou may pay {COST}   and exile this card from your hand.  You may cast it on a later turn  for {1} instead of paying its mana cost ) Mixes the upfront payment and revealed nature of plot with the ability to cast instants and permanents with flash at instant speed, with the caveat that the player needs to spend mana to cast the Omened card.

Non-creature permanents, non-creature cards in your graveyard and exile and non-creature spells you control have lifelink and wither. If a source you control would deal excess damage to a creature planeswalker you don't control, excess damage is dealt to its controller instead.
